waved lifting loop

The waved lifting loop is made of a steel line, a specially formed steel sleeve and is further provided with a high-resistance bolt. It is used to lift and transport concrete elements with a minimum strength of 25 MPa. These handles are most frequently bolted to the internal walls of concrete elements so as to avoid axial forces during lifting. The flat extruded part of the handle can be in direct contact with the concrete surface and the bolt should be tightened with a metal torque wrench according to the table.
Note that the radius of the loop hook must be at least 2x bigger than the diameter of the loop rope. If a product weighs more than 10 tonnes, it is recommended that the diameter of the hook is at least 5x bigger. Thus, the wear of the loop will be reduced and its life will be prolonged.
