lifting loop

The lifting loops are provided with a plastic label with the load-bearing capacity marked. They allow axial and inclined moving up to 45° in relation to the anchor axis. It depends on the additional reinforcement in the area of the anchor head that transfers the inclined shifting. These handles can also be used when no washer was used to capture the lifting anchor and the anchor is level with the surface of the prefabricated unit. Note that the radius of the revolving hook must always be at least 2 times bigger than the diameter of the loop rope, and for a load-bearing capacity exceeding 10 tonnes — at least 5 times bigger. Thus, the wear of the loop will be reduced and its life will be prolonged.
The rope must not contact any caustic materials or liquids such as acids that could cause significant corrosion. The circular handle must be easily and loosely screwed in the anchor thread.
The loop handles with threads must be checked by a specially trained employee at least once a year. If the handles are used more frequently, they must be checked more frequently!
